For clients seeking design expertise, we provide a ‘Custom Design’ service by reviewing the existing home, talking to the owners to understand personal preferences and budget, and developing a design document including layout and material selections.

Alternatively, we offer a 90-minute ‘Design Walk-through’ to review the existing home, layout, and furniture pieces. We then provide general recommendations on color, layout, furniture, and art.

For homeowners that will live in their home while it is listed, we perform an initial walk-through to determine the most efficient way to use existing furniture. We then strategically incorporate select furniture pieces, art and accessories to best market the home to prospective buyers.

For homeowners getting ready to list their homes, we perform a ‘Home-Prep’ walk-through to provide general recommendations on small home improvements to help make the home as competitive as possible — such as finishes, necessary upgrades, paint colors and maintenance items. Additionally, we provide guidance on furniture placement, bedding, and other market-ready approaches.
